Commonwealth Building

Commonwealth was designed by famed architect Pietro Belluschi and was built in 1948. The building recently underwent $6 million worth of interior and exterior updating and features ground floor retail and 230,000 square feet of office space on 14 floors and is surrounded by millions of square feet of class A office space. Commonwealth is located in the heart of downtown Portland's retail core, the soon to be home of Portland's Transit Mall which is currently undergoing a $500 million renovation and expansion.
