This historic building is located on the east end of the Pearl District and on the North Park Blocks. This area enjoys residential and retail density, proximity to downtown Portland and Old Town, as well as the spaciousness of the North Park Blocks. The Honeyman Hardware Lofts are undergoing extensive redevelopment on the north half of the block. This will provide new storefronts along NW Hoyt and a nice center entryway for outdoor seating.
