Stark's Vacuum decided to do away with their warehouse space and redevelop the 1922 building into retail storefronts.

Urban Works assisted the development team with some initial ideas for space configuration and best use of property. The current tenant mix includes Zoom Care, an Art Gallery, Coffee Shop and Hair Salon.
REDEVELOPMENT GOALS
With such an unbeatable location on Grand Ave in Portland's Central Eastside all that was left to do was create well lit inviting storefronts that could house retail, creative office or flex space. The interiors feature exposed wood beams and high ceilings and the storefronts featured roll up doors.
