About Produce Row
Produce Row has been in operation since 1974. In 2014 the building was remodeled and upgraded. Produce Row had an active music scene and led the city in the craft brew movement always boasting the best, eclectic line up in town.
Closing Down
The owner/operator of Produce Row made a decision to cease operations and identify a new group to either release the property or purchase the existing business without selling the real estate. The property owner wanted to keep the Produce Row name and history going forward if a qualified restaurant/bar group could be identified and negotiated.
Produce Row Opens Its Doors Once More
Urban Works helped the client identify potential candidates for both scenarios. We educated the client on the details involved with being a landlord and helped in the real estate transaction and sale of the business.
