It was a sunny spring day when the Urban Works crew decided to visit Spike’s Hot Dogs, our client who recently opened their very first location. The owners, business consultant Spike Friedman and restaurant manager Bob Parsons, joined forces to bring to you what we believe will be the first of many successful Spike’s Hot Dogs locations.
So, what did we think of the hot dogs? “Spike and his team are incredibly personable and make a mean Spike Dog as well! That, and the endless toppings bar, made the stop well worth it” (that was Tyler, pictured here on the left – thanks Tyler!).
The restaurant prides itself on serving hot dogs of the highest quality, that are custom blended with 100% hormone and antibiotic free livestock. They promise “No mystery ingredients – just great meats.” But wait! that’s not it, the toppings bar is like no other. Standing at 20 feet wide, this condiment island allows you to customize your hot dogs just the way you like them!
